Unauthorised Dealers Warning



Electrolux products are sold in Malaysia through our network of carefully selected authorised dealers. Our policy is to uphold product warranties, and to perform services on products purchased from authorised Electrolux dealers operating in Malaysia only, and which are supported by a completed warranty card and proof of purchase1.

Unfortunately, Electrolux products are sometimes advertised and sold by some websites and dealers who claim to be authorised but are not. When you purchase products from an unauthorised website or dealer, you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective or may not be designed for use in Malaysia.

In addition, these products may not have undergone strict quality control processes evidenced by the SIRIM2 and Suruhanjaya Tenaga3 sticker which is affixed to Electrolux products.

Due to the nature of goods sold by unauthorised dealers, products sold by unauthorised dealers are not entitled to Electrolux warranty coverage. In addition, and subject to prevailing law, Electrolux shall have no liability for Electrolux products purchased from an unauthorised dealer.

Please protect yourself and your Electrolux product by ensuring that you only purchase Electrolux products from an authorised Electrolux dealer in Malaysia. To determine if a dealer is authorised to sell Electrolux products, click here.
