The promotion

• The “Electrolux Go Green Sustainable Living with Style” promotion (“Promotion”) by Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd (“Electrolux”) as set out in https://www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/gogreen (“Promotion Site”) is valid for applicable purchases made from 16 June 2025 until 31 July 2025. The Promotion Site will further detail the rules and steps for participating. These terms and conditions as well as those set out in the Promotion Site will be applicable for the Promotion.

Promotion period

• Promotion Period is referring to the eligible timeframe for purchases that qualify for the Promotion.
• Promotion Period starts from 16 June 2025 until 31 July 2025 (inclusive of both dates).

Redemption period

• Redemption Period is referring to the timeframe within which customers can submit entries for purchases made within the Promotion Period.
• Redemption Period starts from 16 June 2025 until 15 August 2025 (inclusive of both dates).

Gift with purchase (GWP)

• Free gifts (selected Electrolux products or Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload Pins) are available for redemption depending on the purchase value of Electrolux products made within the Promotion Period.
• Free gifts and their corresponding purchase value are listed below:

• Exclusive for Harvey Norman customers only. All Free gifts will be adjusted as following:

• Customers are eligible for the free gifts (Electrolux products or Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload Pins) based on their purchase value as listed above.
• Purchase value is calculated based on the item(s) purchased only. Any handling fees, extended warranty, or additional service charges will not be counted towards the purchase value.
• In the event that the Free gift(s) is unavailable or out of stock, the organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative gift.
• Each redemption is limited to one proof of purchase only. Combining multiple receipts in order to qualify for a higher-tier gift is strictly prohibited.
• Acceptable proof of purchase includes Sales Order, Invoice, or Receipt, which must clearly display the purchased item(s) and their corresponding prices in detail.
• The entry form for redemption must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the invoice date but excluding the invoice date. For example, if the date of the receipt is 16 June 2025, the submission of redemption must be no later than 11.59pm on 23 June 2025, failing which you are not eligible for any free gifts and your redemption will be rendered invalid.
• To ensure the validity of the said entry form, the participant must in each submission complete and submit all information required in the said entry form and provide a copy of the purchase receipt in the Promotion Site, including valid serial number(s) of the product(s) purchased.
• The participant’s contact and identification details must match those printed on the purchase receipt or invoice submitted through the Promotion site. These may include information such as name (as per formal identification documents, i.e., NRIC or passport number (for non-Malaysians), delivery address, and contact number.
• All successful submissions who are entitled to the gift with purchase will be notified via WhatsApp within 14 working days of entry submission.
• The participant is fully responsible for their entry submission and must ensure that all details are complete and accurate at the time of submission.
• All successful submissions will receive the Free gift(s) of their selected Electrolux product within 60 working days of successful submission notification.  
• An appointed representative of the promotion will get in touch with entrants with successful submissions based on the purchase value.
• Participants may be required to provide a valid original receipt(s), contact details, formal identification documents (such as passport/NRIC) and any other details that may be deemed necessary and relevant for the Organiser in its sole discretion, as and when requested or notified by the Organiser for verification. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the Organiser does not denote proof that the Organiser has received such details.
• The Free gift(s) is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• Pictures of the gifts featured in the promotion’s marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. Customers will not be able to choose the colour of the free gifts.
• The Free gift(s) for this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and while stocks last only.
• Electrolux shall not be liable to any participants or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this promotion.

Additional free gifts

• With the purchase of selected appliances, customers will be entitled to additional gifts.
• Details of eligible products and corresponding free gifts are as following:

* For Harvey Norman customers only, the Additional free gift corresponding to the purchase of Electrolux 13kg UltimateCare^TM Front Load Washer as listed above will be changed to Touch 'n Go RM450.

Other terms

• By participating in this promotion, you consent to the Organiser using and/or publishing your name, content, and any photos or videos related to this Promotion on the Organiser’s Social Media channels and any other publications.

Free gift delivery

• Free gifts will only be delivered to participants who have correctly provided their complete and accurate details at the time of submission.
• In cases where the delivery address provided in the redemption form differs from the address stated on the proof of purchase, customers are required to provide a clear and valid justification with proof via our Customer Care Email at malaysia.customercare@electrolux.com after submission.
• Electrolux reserves the right to reject submissions with mismatched information without valid justification.
• Electrolux will not entertain any last-minute changes of address once the details have been submitted.
• Electrolux will not be held responsible for any undelivered gifts due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above.
• Employees of Electrolux and their immediate family members as well as its agencies and sales agencies are not eligible for this promotion.
• Promotion is only applicable for purchases made in the retailers of Malaysia and dedicated websites are as follows:
  • Electrolux webstore in Malaysia (https://www.electrolux.com.my/)
  • Electrolux official store on Lazada (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/electrolux/); and Electrolux official store on Shopee (https://shopee.com.my/electrolux.os)

Rights of Organiser

• Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, gifts and plans at their sole discretion without any prior notice. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever incurred by any participants as a result of any cancellation or changes.
• Participants accept and agree that their personal information may be used for (i) identity verification purposes for the Promotion and (ii) announcement for winning participants on social media. • The rewards or gifts are not transferable to another party nor exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• By entering this promotion, you irrevocably and conclusively agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of the gift or to replace the gift with an item of similar value if the gift item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
