The promotion

• The “Gemilang Offers” promotion (“Promotion”) by Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd (“Electrolux”) as set out in www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/merdeka2024 (“Promotion Site”) is valid for applicable purchases made from 15 August 2024 until 30 September 2024. The Promotion Site will further detail the rules and steps for participating. These terms and conditions as well as those set out in the Promotion Site will be applicable for the Promotion.

Promotion period

• From 15 August 2024 until 30 September 2024 (inclusive of both dates).

Redemption period

• From 15 August 2024 until 15 October 2024 (inclusive of both dates).

1. Free item with purchase (GWP)

• Free items (selected Electrolux products or Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload Pins) are available for redemption depending on the purchase value of Electrolux products made within the Promotion Period.
• Free items and their corresponding purchase value are listed below:

• The item redemption period is from 15th August 2024 at 00:00 till 15th October 2024 at 23:59. Redemption entries submitted after 15 October 2024 will not be entertained and will be automatically disqualify
• All redemption entries must be submitted via www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/merdeka2024 before the due date of 15 October 2024 by 23:59 to be eligible for the Campaign.
• Customers are eligible to select only 1 of the free items (either the selected Electrolux products or Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload Pins) based on their purchase value as listed above.
• Participants are permitted to submit only one (1) proof of purchase per redemption request.
• Each proof of purchase is eligible for only one (1) corresponding redemption based on the value of the purchase.
• Redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The free items featured are subject to change and may be replaced at any time, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
• Participants are only entitled to a one-time (single) submission. If the same proof of purchase is submitted again, the redemption request will be automatically disqualified. Unauthorized duplication of entries is strictly prohibited.
• To ensure the validity of the said entry form, the participant must in each submission complete and submit all information required in the said entry form and provide a copy of the purchase receipt in the Promotion Site, including the serial number of the product(s) purchased.
• Customer’s contact and identification details must match those printed on the purchase receipt or invoice submitted through the Promotion site. These may include information such as name (as per formal identification documents i.e. NRIC or passport number (for non-Malaysian), delivery address and contact number.
• All successful submissions who are entitled to the free item with purchase will be notified via WhatsApp within 14 working days of entry submission.
• The participant is fully responsible for their entry submission and must ensure that all details are complete and accurate at the time of submission.
• All successful submissions will receive the free item or Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload Pins within 60 working days of entry submission.
• An appointed representative of the promotion will get in touch with entrants with successful submissions based on the purchase value.
• Participants are required to provide a valid original receipt(s), contact details, formal identification documents (such as passport/NRIC) and any other details that may be deemed necessary and relevant for the Organiser in its sole discretion, as and when requested or notified by the Organiser for verification. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the Organiser does not denote proof that the Organiser has received such details.
• The free item and Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload Pins are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• Pictures of the items featured in the promotion’s marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. Customers will not be able to choose the colour of the free item.
• Electrolux shall not be liable to any participants or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this promotion.
  
  

Other terms

• By participating in this promotion, you consent to the Organiser using and/or publishing your name, content, and any photos or videos related to this Promotion on the Organiser’s Social Media channels and any other publications.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above.
• Employees of Electrolux and their immediate family members as well as its agencies and sales agencies are not eligible for this promotion.
• Promotion is only applicable for purchases made in the retailers of Malaysia and dedicated websites are as follows.

Rights of organiser

• Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, gifts and plans at their sole discretion without any prior notice. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever incurred by any participants as a result of any cancellation or changes.
• Participants accept and agree that their personal information may be used for (i) identity verification purposes for the Promotion and (ii) announcement for winning participants on social media. • The rewards or gifts are not transferable to another party nor exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• By entering this promotion, you irrevocably and conclusively agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of the free item or to replace the free item with an item of similar value if the free item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
