• To ensure that the entry is valid for redemption, for each entry the participant must complete and submit all information required to the WhatsApp business account (+6017-7625998).

• Prizes are non-transferable and Prize winner(s) may not substitute any prize or redeem any non-monetary Prize for money. Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any Prize (or Prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value.
• The Lucky Draw Prize Winners will be announced within three (3) weeks after the end of the Electrolux Pay Your Bills Lucky Draw Contest Month on the Promotion Website at www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/pay-your-bills
• The winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiable random result from those valid entries received during the promotion period.
• The winner will be notified by email or by phone and will be given instructions on how to claim their prize.
• Each Participant will only be entitled to win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period.
• Entrants are required to provide valid original receipt(s), contact details, and any other details that may be deemed necessary and relevant for the Organiser in its sole discretion, as and when requested/notified by the Organiser for the purposes of verification. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the Organiser does not denote proof that the Organiser has received such details.
• The Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release (collectively, "Affidavit") prior to collection of the Prize. If a potential winner does not respond within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt, if their notification is undeliverable, if such potential winner declines a prize for any reason prior to award, fails to claim the Prize within thirty (30) days of successful notification, or is found to be ineligible or cannot or does not comply with these Official Terms & Conditions, such potential winner may be subject to disqualification, their prize subject to forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected (the next highest ranking Entrant) from all remaining Entries received. Each Prize winner agrees to the Organiser's use of Prize Winner's name, city, state, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. All taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Other Terms

• By participating in this promotion, you give the right to the Organiser to publish your name, content, and any photos or videos related to this Promotion on the Organiser’s Social Media channels and any other publications.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above.
• Employees of Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members as well as its agencies and sales agencies are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Promotion is only applicable for purchases made in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.

Rights of Organiser

• Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, prizes and plans at their discretion without any prior notice. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims at all incurred by the winner as a result of this cancellation or change.
• Neither Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner.
• The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no appeals or correspondence will be entertained in any way.
• Participants accept and agree that their personal information may be used for marketing purposes and to fulfil disclosure requirements related to the Promotion.
• Prizes are not transferable to another party nor exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• By entering the Promotion, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions (“Rules”) applicable to the Promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• Participants who do not comply with these Rules in any way shall be disqualified.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of e-wallet credit or to replace the prize with an item of similar value if the prize item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
