The Electrolux Roadshow Touch N Go eWallet Promotion (“Promotion”) by Electrolux as set out in electrolux.com.my/promotions/roadshow (“Site”) is valid for applicable purchases made from below roadshow venue & date

• Venue: HOMEDEC, Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, KL (Booth no: 7C031; Hall 7) Event date 28^th April – 1^st May 2023

The Site will set out the rules and steps to participate in further detail.  These terms and conditions as well as those set out in the Site will be applicable for participation in the Promotion.

How to participate

• Buy selected Electrolux products and redeem Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit at electrolux.com.my/promotions/roadshow
• Based on tier value of the purchases in the receipt successfully submitted.
• Each submission in single receipt entitled for one (1) Touch N Go eWallet Credit (“Free Gift”) based on tier value purchases amount as stated below chart and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis.

• Submission must be in ONE single invoice dated within the redemption period (28^th Apr – 30^th June 2023).
• The last day to submit the entry for eWallet Credit Redemption shall be 30^th June 2023 [23:59PM]. All entries received after 30^th June 2023 [23:59PM] will be consider null and void.
• eWallet credit redemption must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date of each month. For example, if the date of the receipt is 15^th August 2022, the submission of redemption must be no later than 11.59pm on 29^th August 2022, to be eligible for the reward.
• To ensure that the entry is valid for redemption, for each entry the participant must complete and submit all information required and provide a copy of the purchase receipt, in the Redemption Promotion site at electrolux.com.my/promotions/roadshow
• Customer details submitted through the redemption site such as name, IC & phone number must match those printed on the purchase receipt or invoice.
• The eWallet credit for this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and while stocks last only.
• The eWallet credit is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• All successful participants who are entitled to the eWallet credit will be notified via email my.passion@electrolux.com within 14 working days of entry submission.
• Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to any participating parties or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this Promotion.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above.
• Employees of Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members as well as its agencies and sales agencies are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Promotion is only applicable for purchases made in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.

Rights of organiser

• Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, gifts and plans at their discretion without any prior notice. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims at all incurred by the winner as a result of this cancellation or change.
• Participants consent to their personal information being used for marketing purposes and to fulfil disclosure requirements related to the Promotion.
• The rewards or gifts are not transferable to another party nor exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• By entering the Promotion, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions (“Rules”) applicable to the Promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of the gift or to replace the gift with an item of similar value if the gift item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of e-wallet credit or to replace the prize with an item of similar value if the prize item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
