Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program (PPP) Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions of Use and the policies and documents incorporated herein (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through electrolux.com and govern your use of our website, any associated mobile sites, services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is provided by Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd (referred to as “Electrolux”, “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require).
1. What is the Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program (PPP)?
A) Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program allows current employees of onboarded Partners to purchase a range of Electrolux Group finished goods and a range of Spare Parts and Accessories for major appliances and Small Appliances (Qualifying Products) at a discount to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for such products.
B) These Terms and Conditions apply to the Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program and to any Partners’ employee who seek access to the Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program.
2. Definitions
A) Current Employee means a current employee, director or officer of the Partner
B) Delivery Fee means the fee charged by Electrolux for delivery of Qualifying Product as specified on the Electrolux.com portal
C) Electrolux.com refers to the online portal operated by Electrolux where Current Employee of the Partner can place online orders of Qualifying Products.
D) Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program means the program pursuant to which discounted Qualifying Products are made available for purchase by Current Employees of the Partner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
E) SST means any Sales Tax and/or Service Tax imposed under the Sales Tax Act 2018 and the Service Tax Act 2018 of Malaysia.
F) Qualifying Products means the Major Products, Small Appliance and Spare Parts and Accessories as defined in the list on the Electrolux.com portal from time to time.
G) Major Appliance means a large whitegoods appliance including a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine or a dryer.
H) Partner means an external corporate company onboarded into the Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program (PPP)
I) Privacy Policy means the statement which is set out in Annex B to these Terms and Conditions
J) Sales Terms means the General Terms and Conditions of Sales set out in Annex A
K) Small Appliance means an appliance which is not a Major Appliance.
L) Spare Parts and Accessories mean the parts and accessories included as Qualifying Products.
M) Price means the price specified for a Qualifying Product as set out in the Electrolux.com Portal as amended by Electrolux from time to time.
N) Warranty means the Warranty Section at Electrolux Malaysia’s Support FAQ.
3. Eligibility
Eligibility to participate in this Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program shall be determined by Electrolux in its sole discretion. By seeking access to and participating in the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program, a Current Employee of the Partner agrees that:
A) his or her participation is an optional benefit provided free of charge for Current Employee of the Partner and is provided solely at the discretion of Electrolux; and
B) his or her rights under the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program may be withdrawn by Electrolux at any time should Electrolux determine, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw this privilege from all Current Employees, or, in the case of an individual Current Employee of the Partner, if Electrolux considers that such employee has abused or is abusing the rights granted under the program;
C) his or her access and participation rights will cease when the Current Employee ceases employment with the Partner; and
D) the Privacy Policy will apply to all dealings under this Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program.
E) In order to provide access to the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program to Current Employees of the Partner, each Current Employee of the Partner will be provided with access to the Electrolux.com portal, through which portal they will be informed of Qualifying Products and their Prices and through which orders may be placed for purchase of Qualifying Products.
4. Electrolux.com Portal
A) Details of the Qualifying Products which are available for purchase at any time and their Prices (which, for the avoidance of doubt may be changed by Electrolux at any time in its sole discretion) will be available on the Electrolux.com portal.
B) All orders for Qualifying Products must be placed by a Current Employee of the Partner through the Electrolux.com portal.
C) Information on the Electrolux.com portal, including details of Qualifying Products and Prices will be updated periodically at the discretion of Electrolux.
5. Prices and Payment
A) The Prices payable for a Qualifying Product will be set by Electrolux and will represent a discount off the RRP applied to the product at the time of placement of an order. Electrolux shall be free to set and vary such Prices and the discount applicable, in its absolute discretion at any time.
B) Electrolux gives no guarantee that the Price for any Qualifying Product available for purchase under the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program will be the lowest prices available in the market at any time.
C) The Prices contained on the Electrolux.com portal must not be printed, copied, distributed by, or disclosed to any party other than to Current Employees of the Partner who are entitled to access and participate in the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program. Any breach of this obligation may result in the individual’s termination of access to the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program.
D) Products and services on the Electrolux.com portal are subject to availability. Electrolux reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. Electrolux uses reasonable efforts to fulfill orders, but cannot guarantee availability of any particular product or service.
E) In the event of a pricing or other error or omission, Electrolux shall have the right without liability to correct the error or omission, revoke offers, or refuse or cancel any such order, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made, Electrolux will only be required to promptly refund the purchase price.
6. Shipment, Delivery, Installation and Returns
A) Delivery of Qualifying Products shall be subject to the Electrolux’s Shipping policy as listed on Support FAQ Page.

7. Products Not for Resale or Export
A) Qualifying products purchased under the Corporate Partners' Purchase Program are intended solely for the personal use of eligible Employees. Under no circumstances may such products be purchased for resale or export purposes.
B) Any breach of this requirement or other abuse of the rights granted under the Corporate Partners' Purchase Program may result in the individual’s termination of access to the program. Electrolux Malaysia reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages resulting from any products found to have been purchased for resale or export.
8. Warranties
A) All Qualifying Products will be covered by the Electrolux’s Warranty which is incorporated in these Terms by reference.
B) No returns, refunds or exchange of any Qualifying Product will be made for change of mind.
9. Precedence of Program Terms and Conditions
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Program Terms and Conditions and the Sales Terms, these Program Terms and Conditions shall take precedence and prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
10. Termination of the Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Purchase Program
The Electrolux Malaysia Corporate Partners' Program is a discretionary program through which Electrolux provides certain defined benefits to Current Employees of the Partner.
It is subject to termination by Electrolux at its election at any time. In the event that Electrolux terminates the program it will give notice of such termination to the Partner, following which no further orders may be placed or purchases made pursuant to the Electrolux Corporate Partners' Purchase Program. Any orders placed and purchases made prior to the date of notification of termination will be honoured by Electrolux.
