The Promotion

The “Electrolux Your Home, Your Stadium” promotion (“Promotion”) by Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd (“Electrolux”) as set out in https://www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/electrolux-malaysia-offers/ (“Promotion Site”) is valid for applicable purchases made from 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026. The Promotion Site will further detail the rules and steps for participating. These terms and conditions as well as those set out in the Promotion Site will be applicable for the Promotion.

Promotion period

• Promotion Period refers to the eligible timeframe for purchases that qualify for the Promotion.
• Promotion Period starts from 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026 (inclusive of both dates).

Redemption period

• Redemption Period refers to the timeframe within which customers can submit entries for purchases made within the Promotion Period.
• Redemption Period starts from 1 May 2026 until 15 July 2026 (inclusive of both dates). Submissions prior to or after these dates will not be accepted. 

Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above. Employees of Electrolux, its agencies, participating sales agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The Promotion is applicable only to qualifying purchases of eligible Electrolux products made from participating authorised Electrolux retailers in Malaysia, including Harvey Norman Malaysia, and/or official Electrolux Malaysia online channels, as may be designated by the Organiser in the Promotion Site or campaign materials.
• Each participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) redemption per receipt and per product serial number, unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

How to Redeem

• To participate, the customer must submit the required redemption form during the Redemption Period and upload a valid proof of purchase showing the purchased product(s), purchase date, purchase price and retailer details. Electrolux may require the participant to provide serial number(s), contact details, NRIC/passport details for verification, and any other supporting information reasonably required for validation of the submission.

Gift with purchase (GWP)

• Rewards under this Promotion may consist of physical gifts, Touch ’n Go eWallet credit / reload PINs, service entitlements, installation support, or combinations of such rewards, depending on the relevant purchase value, product model and/or retailer channel.
• Unless otherwise stated by the Organiser in writing, the “Other Retailers” column in the schedules below applies to participating retailers other than Harvey Norman Malaysia, and the “Harvey Norman” column applies only to qualifying purchases made through Harvey Norman Malaysia stores or channels.
• Only eligible products and mechanics expressly set out in the schedules below qualify for the relevant reward.
• All gifts and rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Where campaign materials specify a quantity cap, such cap shall apply to the relevant model, reward pool or redemption allocation, as applicable.
• Pictures used in campaign materials are for illustration purposes only. Electrolux does not guarantee colour, packaging, exact gift configuration, or minor model/packaging variations.
• A participant may be entitled to both the applicable purchase-value reward under Schedule 1 and the applicable model-specific reward under Schedule 2, provided that the participant meets all qualifying conditions for both rewards, including the minimum purchase value, eligible model, retailer / channel requirements, proof of purchase, and successful verification by the Organiser.

Out-of-Stock / Unavailable Gift Protection

• If any advertised gift, reward, service entitlement or redemption item is unavailable, discontinued, delayed, exhausted, out of stock, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser shall be entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute such gift or reward with another item, items, service, eWallet credit, or combination thereof of equal or reasonably similar value, without prior notice.
• A participant shall not be entitled to insist on the originally advertised gift, model, brand, colour or configuration, and shall not be entitled to any cash payment, refund, rebate, compensation, damages or other substitute remedy merely because the originally advertised gift is unavailable.
• If, on an exceptional and case-by-case basis only, the Organiser agrees in writing to permit a participant to select an alternative item or combination of items of a higher value than the unavailable gift, the participant must first pay the value difference required by the Organiser. If the participant selects an alternative item or combination of items of a lower value, no refund, credit or balance payment shall be due from the Organiser.
• Any exception, replacement arrangement, top-up arrangement or goodwill accommodation approved by the Organiser shall be strictly case-specific, subject to separate approval, and shall not create any precedent or continuing obligation for future cases.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, any issue relating to the unavailability, exhaustion or substitution of a gift shall not entitle the participant to rescind the product purchase, cancel the underlying sales transaction, or bring any claim against the Organiser beyond the remedies expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

Schedule 1 – Purchase Value Rewards

Applicable purchase-value rewards are as follows:

Note: Tiered rewards are subject to the applicable minimum spend threshold, qualifying purchase mechanics and any quantity cap stated in the campaign materials.

Schedule 2 – Model-Specific Rewards

Selected model-specific rewards are as follows:

• For the washer-dryer bundle, the in-home preventive maintenance service for the washer and dryer is valid for two (2) years from the purchase date. Where the stacking kit is stated to be redeemed through / directly at the retailer, the participant must follow the redemption instructions of that retailer.
• To redeem the free two (2) in-home preventive maintenance services for a front load washer, dryer, and built-in oven, participants must contact our Customer Careline at 1-300-88-1122 to arrange an appointment. Upon appointment scheduling, participants are required to present a valid sales order, invoice, or receipt for verification purposes
• For KCC84450CK, the recirculation connecting pipe kit and basic installation service are subject to site suitability, access conditions and normal installation limitations. Any work outside standard installation scope may be chargeable.
• For any Touch ’n Go eWallet reward or reload PIN, the participant must comply with the redemption, registration and usage requirements of Touch ’n Go and/or the issuing platform.

Verification, Fulfilment and Delivery

• Acceptable proof of purchase includes Sales Order, Invoice, or Receipt, which must clearly display the purchased item(s) and their corresponding prices in detail.
• To ensure a valid submission, the participant must complete and submit all information required in the redemption form and provide a copy of the purchase receipt in the Promotion Site, including valid serial number(s) of the product(s) purchased.
• Participants may be required to provide a valid original receipt(s), contact details, formal identification documents (such as passport / NRIC), and any other details that may be deemed necessary and relevant by the Organiser for verification. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering any details to the Organiser does not denote proof that the Organiser has received such details.
• Only complete and valid submissions that pass the Organiser’s verification process will be fulfilled.
• Electrolux may notify successful participants via WhatsApp, telephone, email, or any other contact method provided by the participant, generally within twenty (20) working days from entry submission, subject to verification and operational circumstances.
• Electrolux aims to fulfil successful redemptions within sixty (60) working days from successful verification or successful submission notification, subject always to stock availability, delivery lead time, logistics constraints, and operational capacity.
• The participant is fully responsible for the submission and must ensure that all details are complete and accurate at the time of submission.
• Free gifts will only be delivered to participants who have correctly provided their complete and accurate details at the time of submission.
• If the delivery address stated in the redemption form differs from the address stated in the proof of purchase or invoice, the participant may be required to provide further explanation and supporting documents. Participants may submit such justification and supporting proof to malaysia.customercare@electrolux.com after submission. Electrolux reserves the right to reject mismatched submissions where a satisfactory explanation is not provided.
• Electrolux will not entertain last-minute changes of address once the fulfilment process has commenced and shall not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery arising from inaccurate or incomplete participant information.

Rights of Organiser and Personal Data

• By participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the applicable rules set out in the Promotion Site.
• Electrolux reserves the right at any time to vary, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions, the campaign mechanics, the reward pool, the gift model, the participating channels, the Promotion Site URL, or the fulfilment method, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• By participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees that the participant’s personal data may be collected, used, processed, and disclosed by Electrolux for promotion administration, identity verification, redemption validation, customer service, fulfilment, delivery, audit, fraud prevention, and any related operational purpose reasonably required for this Promotion. For Electrolux’s privacy practices, please refer to Data Protection Policy | Electrolux Malaysia. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The participant’s data may be shared with third-party service providers for fulfilment, logistics, and administrative purposes related to this Promotion.
• Rewards are not transferable to another party and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items or vouchers, except where expressly determined by the Organiser in writing.
• Electrolux shall have the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant submissions.

Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electrolux shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, liability, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or the redemption, non-availability, substitution, delay, or use of any gift, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
