Electrolux air purifier 30-days Satisfaction Guarantee 2023 Promotion Terms & Conditions

The “30-days Satisfaction Guarantee” promotions (“Promotion”) by Electrolux as set out in https://www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/pure-a9-satisfaction-guarantee is valid for air purifier (selected model sold from 19ᵗʰ June 2023 until 16ᵗʰ Sept 2023. The Site will set out the rules and steps to participate in further detail. These terms and conditions as well as those set out in the Site will be applicable for participation in the Promotion.

Terms & Conditions

• It is your sole responsibility to arrange and pay for the return to the participating authorised shops/dealers that you purchased from. Electrolux accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of the Air Purifier during its return which is at your sole risk until received by the participating authorised shops/dealers. Electrolux and/or the participating authorised shops/dealers shall have the discretion to reject Air Purifiers which have been damaged by you.
• For customers that have purchased the air purifier from
  (1) https://www.electrolux.com.my/,
  (2) Electrolux official store on Lazada (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/electrolux/), or
  (3) Electrolux official store on Shopee (https://shopee.com.my/electrolux.os),you are required to contact the Customer Care Centre to arrange for the return and refund process. Electrolux shall have the discretion to reject the refunds for any air purifiers that are not returned in the required condition.
• If you have complied with these terms & conditions, the participating authorised shops/dealers will refund to you in full the purchase price of the Air Purifier specified in your proof of purchase.
• The refund will not include any shipping cost associated with the purchase of the Air Purifier or the return of the Air Purifier to the participating shops/dealers.
• The refund method either via in cash, debit or credit card, e-wallet will be solely determine or agreed by individual participating authorised shops/dealers; and will be addressed to the name of the purchaser as detailed on the proof of purchase invoice.
• These terms & conditions do not, nor do they purport to, limit, exclude or modify any rights or remedies provided under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 including, but not limited to, non-excludable statutory guarantees, or any other warranties (whether express or implied) under any state or federal legislation which cannot be excluded.
• This offer is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Malaysia and accepting the offer, customers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Rights of Organizer

• Organizer reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, gifts and plans at their discretion without any prior notice. Organizer shall not be held responsible for any claims at all incurred by the customer as a result of this cancellation or change.
• Participants accept and agree that their personal information may be used for marketing purposes and to fulfil disclosure requirements related to the Promotion.
• By entering the Promotion, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions (“Rules”) applicable to the Promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• The Organizer reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organizer shall have the sole discretion in determining the type of the gift or to replace the gift with an item of similar value if the gift item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
• Customer is required to register their product warranty on the Electrolux Malaysia website https://register.electrolux.com.my and keep the original proof of purchase document (receipt) for warranty claim verification.
• The warranty is only effective for appliances purchased from an authorized Electrolux dealers operated in Malaysia.

• By participating in this promotion, you consent to the Organiser to publish your name, content, and any photos or videos related to this Promotion on the Organiser’s Social Media channels and any other publications.
