Rewards

1. Gift with Purchase (“GWP”)

• Buy selected Electrolux products within the promotion period and receive a Gift with Purchase.
• The gifts with purchase are only applicable for Electrolux products listed below

• Customers will receive their gifts with purchase directly from the participating shops / dealers upon each successful purchase within the promotion period.
• Pictures of the gifts featured in the promotion’s marketing collaterals are for illustration purposes only. Customers will not be able to choose the colour of the gift.
• The gift with purchase is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• The gift with purchase for this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and while stocks last only.

Duit Raya Galore Lucky Draw Contest

• At the end of the promotion period, the organiser will select ten (10) lucky draw winners from all participants with successful entries. The prizes of the lucky draw contest are as follows:
  RM1,000 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit Reload PINs each for ten (10) lucky winners

• Prizes are non-transferable and Prize winner(s) may not substitute any prize or redeem any non-monetary Prize for money. Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any Prize (or Prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value.
• To join or stand a chance to win the lucky draw prize, customers are required to purchase Electrolux products worth RM1,000 and above in a single receipt and submit their entry(s) via WhatsApp to 017-7625998 along with their name, email, contact number and photo of their valid or original receipt.
• Customer details submitted must match those printed on the purchase receipt or invoice.
• The ten (10) lucky draw winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiable random result from those valid entries received during the promotion period.
• The Lucky Draw Prize Winners will be announced at the end of the promotion period on the official social media pages (Facebook & Instagram). All ten (10) lucky winners who are selected will be notified via WhatsApp (017-7625998) as well.
• Appointed representatives of the promotion will get in touch with the lucky draw winners to provide the Touch ‘n Go Reload PINs based on the entitled amount.
• The Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release (collectively, "Affidavit") prior to collection of the Prize. If a potential winner does not respond within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt, if their notification is undeliverable, if such potential winner declines a prize for any reason prior to award, fails to claim the Prize within thirty (30) days of successful notification, or is found to be ineligible or cannot or does not comply with these Official Terms & Conditions, such potential winner may be subject to disqualification, their prize subject to forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected (the next highest ranking Entrant) from all remaining Entries received. Each Prize winner agrees to the Organiser's use of Prize Winner's name, city, state, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. All taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Warranty Kitchen Appliances Terms and conditions

• The warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all built-in hobs*, kitchen hoods*, ovens*, freestanding cookers* and microwave ovens* purchased during promotion period.
• Ten (10) years’ motor warranty apply once to all kitchen hood purchased during promotion period with one (1) time replacement on motor only.
• Customer is required to register their product warranty on the Electrolux Malaysia website https://register.electrolux.com.my and keep the original proof of purchase document (receipt) for warranty claim verification.
• The warranty is only effective for appliances purchased from an authorized Electrolux dealer and operated in Malaysia.

Other Terms

• By participating in this promotion, you consent to the Organiser to publish your name, content, and any photos or videos related to this Promotion on the Organiser’s Social Media channels and any other publications.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above.
• Employees of Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members as well as its agencies and sales agencies are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Promotion is only applicable for purchases made in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.

Rights of Organiser

• Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, gifts and plans at their discretion without any prior notice. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims at all incurred by the winner as a result of this cancellation or change.
• Participants accept and agree that their personal information may be used for marketing purposes and to fulfil disclosure requirements related to the Promotion.
• The rewards or gifts are not transferable to another party nor exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• By entering the Promotion, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions (“Rules”) applicable to the Promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of the gift or to replace the gift with an item of similar value if the gift item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
